Logistics

Time: Weeklong mission trips may be scheduled from late May through August. Weekends, trips of less than a full week, and trips September through May are also available. Send us a message with your desired dates, and we'll get back to you about availability.

 

Reservation: Complete our reservation form to secure your dates and share information about your group.

Group Size: Maximum number 30.

Minimum Age: Sixth grade.

Adult to Youth Ratio: 1:6.

Accommodations: Housing is provided by Epiphany UCC in St. Louis. Sleeping rooms have air-conditioning and heating. Sleeping cots and mattresses are provided. Groups may use the shared church kitchen for meal preparation. Showers are available in the evening at a nearby YMCA. Please bring your own towels, pillows, and sleeping bag/blanket. If you have specific accessibility needs, let us know.

Cost: $200 non-refundable deposit per group is required with reservation. Suggested donation for housing is $25 per person per night.
